We sell hosting, implementation, and monthly run. CICDoo is the delivery IDE inside that work — not a competing AP product. Odoo S.A. remains the source of Enterprise licenses if you need them.
Odoo.sh / VPS migrate
Move the database onto a US-resident box. Backups proven in the same region. DNS cut with a restore drill. Community Edition and Odoo.sh cost or queue are the usual wedges.

AP on Odoo
Capture to a draft bill. Match to PO and receipt. Exception assigned from a reason code, with one proposal and a clock. Amount-tier approval. A person posts. Controller releases the batch.

Change factory retainer
A monthly allotment of approved agent tickets. Same path every time: plan, you gate, execute on a branch, staging UAT, merge. Repeating 1.5% price fails become a rule change — not another chase.
After the first migrate, when the factory should stay on.
Run plan
Monitor, named upgrade windows, backup before every production module change, restore drill. Overflow coverage in Pacific time.
